How long will it take to clean my space?
A typical 3-bedroom home takes 90 minutes to 2 hours. Larger homes or heavily soiled carpets can take up to 4 hours. We'll give you an accurate estimate when we walk through before starting.
What's the difference between carpet cleaning and shampooing?
Shampooing leaves soapy residue behind that actually attracts more dirt. We use hot water extraction, high-pressure rinse plus powerful suction, which removes both the dirt and the cleaning solution. Cleaner result, no sticky residue.
Do you offer commercial or office cleaning?
Yes, offices, retail, hospitality and short-term rentals. We schedule after-hours or weekends so we don't disrupt your business. Custom quote within 24 hours of your walk-through.
Can you remove old stains?
Most of them, wine, coffee, pet accidents, ink, even rust. The honest answer: some stains (bleach, dye transfer, sun damage) are permanent because the fibre itself is changed. We'll tell you upfront which group yours falls into.
Is the equipment loud?
Our truck-mounted unit is roughly the volume of a vacuum cleaner inside the home. Most clients work or take calls from another room without issue.
Do I need to move furniture?
No, we move light items (chairs, coffee tables, small sofas) at no extra charge. Heavy beds, dressers and entertainment units stay put and we clean around them. Tell us in advance and we'll plan accordingly.
How often should I have my carpets cleaned?
For most households, every 12–18 months. With pets, kids or allergies, every 6–9 months keeps allergens under control. Most carpet manufacturers also require professional cleaning to keep their warranty valid.
What if the stain comes back?
"Wicking" can happen with deep stains, they migrate back up as the carpet dries. If it returns within 7 days, we come back and re-treat it free. That's part of the 100% satisfaction guarantee.
